We are thrilled to share with you the launch of the EU-funded research project, AENEAS! The project has started on February 1st 2023 and will run for 3 years. TechConcepts will not be part of the project team, but was the writing consultant of the Horizon Europe Proposal, and also the developer of the project logo
The project is funded by the European Commission in the Research and Innovation Action. The consortium consists of 14 partners from 8 different countries: Belgium, France, Finland, Austria, Italy, Romania, Spain, and Greece. The AENEAS project will focus on increased and early deployment of climate-neutral energy storage solutions and significant electrification of shipping. Specifically, the project will provide solutions to improve overall energy efficiency and drastically lower energy consumption of waterborne transport vessels.
